9.30am – 5.00pm: 1 day workshop, teas and lunch supplied.

Payment, Course Confirmation, Venue: Invoices will be sent out once we receive your registration and the course has been confirmed with sufficient registrations - around -----. Payment can be made by Direct Credit. Venue and other course details will be sent to you.

Withdrawals Policy: Please withdraw in writing before ---- to receive a full refund. After this time no refund will be given although a substitute may be sent – but please let us know changes ASAP.

Cancellation Policy: If a course is cancelled by Triptych you will be advised as soon as possible and your fee refunded. You are responsible for your own travel/accommodation bookings and no compensation will be made should the course be rescheduled or cancelled.
